Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch time
Our pieces are 3D printed and finished by hand, so please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. We will email you when your order is on its way.
Delivery
We send orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email.
Delivery costs
- Orders under £60: £4.95
- Orders of £60 or more: free
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at hello@poppyhome.co.uk and we’ll look into it with Royal Mail.
Wrong address
Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge you for re-sending it.
